30-Day Returns

We want you to love your ElleMaxx purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Returns for fit, color, or preference
If you would like to return an item because of fit, color, or because it simply wasn’t what you expected, you’re welcome to return it within the 30-day return window. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can make it right. In these situations, ElleMaxx will cover the return shipping when a return is required.

We’d much rather help solve the problem than make returns complicated.

Starting a return
To request a return or report a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@ellemaxx.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
